Innovative Approaches to Brain Tumor Management Seminar on March 18th

Screen shot 2016-01-20 at 10.09.08 AMI would like to invite patients and their caregivers to an exciting evening seminar we have scheduled for March 18th at the Seattle Science Foundation at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, Washington.  This will follow a course entitled Innovative Approaches to Brain Tumor Management.  The faculty at this course include some of the top brain tumor experts in the country, including Dr. Mitchell Berger and Dr. Michael Prados from UCSF, Dr. Leroy Hood from ISP in Seattle, Dr. Eric Holland from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Dr. Mark Chamberlain from the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Dr. Cecelia Soderberg Naucler from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

The goal of the seminar for patients and family members will be to ask experts, in varying areas of brain tumor management, questions about cutting edge therapies and new research protocols that are coming soon. Together, the group of speakers will have expertise in the latest surgical approaches, the latest genomics and targeted pathway approaches to brain tumors, the latest results in terms of novel technologies such as NovaCure/Optune, and possible role of antiviral therapies for brain tumors.

We believe that this will be a stimulating evening that will allow patients to interact face-to-face with forward thinkers in the field.  Appetizers will be served during registration at 5:30 and the event will be held from 6 to 8 PM.  To register for this seminar, please click follow this link.
